Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include proof of purchase so we can process things smoothly.
How to Start a Return
To begin, simply contact us at support@blazebuystore.com. - If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and Issues
We work hard to make sure every BlazeBuy gift is perfect, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect: - Contact us right away. - We’ll make it right within 24 hours — whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items can’t be returned, such as: - Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants).
Custom or personalized products (special orders or items with personal engravings). - Personal care items (like beauty products). If you have a question about a specific item, contact us — we’ll always do our best to find a solution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The same conditions apply: unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you right away. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: - It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. - If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@blazebuystore.com and we’ll investigate immediately.
